1. Industrial Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plants

Reverse osmosis remains the most reliable, cost-effective method for reducing dissolved solids, hardness, heavy metals, and biological contaminants from raw water or bore-well supply. Our industrial RO plants are engineered around TFC (Thin-Film Composite) Polyamide spiral-wound membranes — the gold standard for high-recovery, long-life brackish water desalination.

2. Demineralised (DM) Water Plants

For industries where even the trace mineral content of RO-permeate is unacceptable — power plants, high-pressure boilers, electronics manufacturing, and the pharmaceutical sector — Demineralised Water produced by ion exchange technology is the answer. We deliver conductivity below 1 µS/cm.

SAC (Strong Acid Cation)

Exchanges cations (Ca²⁺, Mg²⁺, Na⁺) for hydrogen ions (H⁺). Outlet is dilute acid with all anions intact.

SBA (Strong Base Anion)

Exchanges all anions (Cl⁻, SO₄²⁻) for hydroxyl ions (OH⁻). H⁺ and OH⁻ combine to form ultrapure water.

Mixed Bed Polisher

Final polishing stage containing intimately mixed SAC and SBA resins to bring conductivity to <1 µS/cm (pharmaceutical grade).
