As a Mechanical Engineer, I founded R. R. Aqua Products Private Limited because I saw a distinct gap in the EPC market. Industries were being sold pre-packaged equipment that failed to address their actual site conditions, leading to compliance failures and wasted capital.
My capability and focus have always been on technical ownership. When we take on a project—whether it's a high-recovery ZLD evaporator for a pharma plant or a 500 KLD STP for a hospital—my engineering team and I dive deep into the process data. We analyze the raw water chemistry, calculate the precise thermal loads, and engineer the civil and mechanical integrations required to make the plant perform reliably.

R. R. Aqua operates an asset-light turnkey EPC model. This is a deliberate business architecture, not a constraint. We do not own large manufacturing floors or maintain heavy equipment fleets. Instead, we maintain deep vendor relationships with qualified equipment manufacturers and civil contractors, bringing them together under a single project management structure.
This model gives you competitive pricing because our cost base is lean. You get access to the best-available equipment for each application, as we are not locked into pushing a proprietary product line. Most importantly, you retain a single contractual counterpart — R. R. Aqua — who is responsible for the integrated performance of the entire system.
