AMC FAQs
What is covered in your AMC?
Our AMC covers all scheduled preventive maintenance, calibration of sensors and instruments, chemical dosing system checks, membrane integrity tests, and all labour charges. Spare parts coverage depends on the plan selected.
Do you service plants not installed by R.R. Aqua?
Yes. We assess third-party STP, ETP, and RO systems and offer AMC if the plant meets our minimum quality standards.
What is your emergency response time?
For Mission Critical AMC clients, we guarantee a 4-hour on-site response. For other plans, our team responds within 24 hours.
